Providing end-to-end service, ASM starts every project with a thorough review of the project requirements, then deliberately moves through each phase outlined below.
  • Initial consultation - On-premise inspection of your project needs and a site analysis, along with recommended options to achieve your signage goals.
  • Creative services - Development of original signage concpets with visual mock-ups and on-site renderings to depict a finished sign package.
  • Surveys and permitting - Procurement of necessary permissions and paperwork to move the job forward in compliance with local standards; this may include a "variance" (special authorization obtained to install signage not in compliance with standard ordinances).
  • Manufacturing - Producing the signage according to the project specifications.
  • Installation - Engineering, footing preparation, electrical requirements, final installation of the signage, and required inspections by the governing authorities.
  • Warranty service and maintenance - Addressing the ongoing upkeep requirements to insure high visual impact of properly-operating signage (Note: standard 2-year warranty on UL manufactured signage; 5-year warranty on L.E.D. systems).
  • Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance - Also servicing non-ASM-manufactured signage.
